Our skilled baristas meticulously prepare each drink to order, ensuring that every cup meets our outstanding quality and flavor standards. However, our desire for craft starts much earlier with the cuppings we organise to select our coffee beans and the development of syrups and drinks by two of our founders–Usman Mahar and Ahmad Semab. That means we have two of the most passionate coffee experts in Pakistan who are doing all the work that you need to do for your perfect brew. All you need to do is indulge in our rotating selection of beans and signature drinks that capture the essence of the ever-evolving modern coffee scene.

Heart

Pantheon is all about quality and craft, but it has a big heart, too! Through our Barista Training Programme for youth, in collaboration with Barista Guild Asia, we not only train young Pakistanis from underprivileged backgrounds, particularly women and minorities but also continually educate our current staff about quality and craft in coffee. This means that as you savor the artistry of coffee-making, you are also contributing to empowering our young population with valuable skills. Skills that have helped many of our former baristas get jobs in the booming coffee scape of Pakistan and the UAE.
